Brandon's Bio

 

After earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University, Brandon started off as an aspiring Engineer designing consumer electronics for Palm OS based products. Brandon quickly moved into management and purchased stock in the Silicon Valley startup. He used the savings to start Bluekube Technologies which he still owns today. Since the establishment of Bluekube, Brandon has continued to develop new companies in both the Technology and Real Estate fields. Over the last 7 years Brandon has focused on developing commercial real estate in California and Texas. As an Owner/General Partner, he has been responsible for developing and constructing over 250,000 square feet of mixed-use, medical office and retail spaces including 2 office parks and 1 retail-mixed-use project. He manages all phases of the development process from acquisition, due diligence and entitlement, to completion of the final punch list. Brandon is now building his product development business from Westlake Village, California, successfully growing BlueKube Technologies and its associated branch businesses. Brandon has become a notable expert among entrepreneurs in the field of Automated Business Systems, using his weekly podcast heard in over 35 countries by over 4500 entrepreneurs.

Bluekube was founded in 2001 to design innovative consumer products such as the first MP3 Console Player, the first Automated Dog Potty, and the first Retractable Sippy Cup. Over the years, it has reinvented itself a number of times with one consistent theme... innovation and engineering drives our product design, while entrepreneurship and technology drive our business model. These two areas have made Bluekube a leader in building new business systems and in the art of product development.

 

DRENCHED Fitness

(A premier group fitness studio)

Drenched Fitness LLC is a state-of-the-art group fitness studio in Westlake Village. It specializes in 60 minute high intensity interval training classes using treadmills and resistant training equipment. It is a tough 60 minutes, but worth every minute. You will leave drenched...guaranteed.

Starting from the raw land through entitlement and construction, Double Stone offers a way for doctors, dentists, lawyers, and small business owners a way to invest in their own building. With a new president and new direction in the company, I was brought in to start and grow the only source of revenue for the company, credit report sales. With increasing volume each month, the systems were built to scale very quickly with very few employees. I then designed and implemented new business process software (CRM) to automate and improve work flow of over 300 employees for a number of interrelated finance, insurance, and car dealership companies. Record profit numbers continue to be reached each year utilitizing these same business processes.



Innogear - Mechanical Design Engineer

I was responsible for the design and engineering of each Handspring Module produced by the company. Over 11 products including the first MP3 player for the Palm platform, Voice Recorder snap-in module for the Handspring Visor, memory modules and many more.
